Present your roles, services, experience and availability.
Create a Gate.
Make a dedicated entry point for each service, consultation, enquiry or opportunity you are willing to receive.
Share the Gate link or QR code.
People can open that specific Gate directly from WhatsApp, social media, a website, an email signature or a business card.
Review and manage structured requests.
Ask for clarification, accept, decline, defer or suggest a more suitable route from your private workspace.

Reach the right professional clearly

Find a professional or open a shared Gate.
A Gate explains what the professional handles and what you should provide.
Submit a Request Manifest.
Explain what you need, the outcome you want and any relevant deadline. Attachments are shared only with your active consent.
Keep your private tracking link.
Use it to see the response, answer clarification questions, upload requested documents and review any proposed next step.
Choose what happens next.
You remain in control if an alternative professional or route is suggested.

A decision does not end the conversation

Clarification and decisions

The professional may ask a question before deciding. They may then accept, decline, defer or offer an appropriate alternative. Every update appears on the requester’s private tracking page.

Consent-based referrals

A request is never transferred or referred to another professional without the requester’s explicit consent. A profile or professional category may be suggested without sharing the request or its attachments.

An accepted engagement

The parties can record the agreed scope, limitations, next step, access method, documents and payment arrangements. Requentra records payment updates but does not process, hold or guarantee payment.

A shared written record

An engagement record remains a draft until the professional and requester explicitly confirm the same version. Once both confirm it, that version is preserved and can be downloaded as a PDF.
