A Gate is a dedicated way to approach you about one service or purpose. Create separate Gates for consultations, document reviews, speaking invitations, referrals or collaboration. Each receives a direct link and QR code you can share wherever people already find you.
See the request before you commit
Requesters submit structured information without creating an account. Review their Request Manifest, ask for clarification, accept, decline, defer or offer a suitable alternative. They follow the decision through a private tracking link.
Set precise boundaries
Publish normal weekly availability, date-specific changes and whether you work remotely, in person or both. A Gate can also be Open, Limited, Paused or Closed without changing your general professional schedule.
Refer responsibly
Keep a private Trusted Referral Circle. Transfers to another Requentra Gate require active Referral Permission and the requester’s consent; documents require separate consent. External suggestions do not silently send request information.
Record what is actually agreed
After accepting a request, prepare an engagement record covering scope, deliverables, fees, deadlines and other terms. It is labelled agreed only when both parties confirm the same version.
